Personal data processing principles (GDPR)

   The controller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

   I only process the personal data you provide to me, specifically:

• identification data (name, surname, company name),

• contact details (email, phone, address),

• data necessary for fulfilling the contract (billing and payment information),

• information provided in contact or inquiry forms,

• photos and video recordings (if part of the wedding cooperation and consent is given),

• Contract performance and service delivery – wedding planning, consultations, communication.

• Administrative purposes – issuing invoices, keeping accounting records.

• Communication – responding to your questions, sending cooperation information.

• Protection of rights and legitimate interests – e.g. in case of legal disputes.

   The processing of personal data is based on:

• performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,

• compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,

• legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,

• consent of the data subject under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (e.g. for marketing).

• for the duration of the contractual relationship,

• for the period required by law (e.g. accounting records for 10 years),

• or until consent is withdrawn (for marketing purposes).

• contractual partners involved in the wedding organization (suppliers – photographer, florist, catering), and always only to the necessary extent.
  Data is not transferred outside the EU unless stated otherwise.
